Teresols Oil & Gas is a Nigerian Contracting Company set up to provide services to the oil and gas industry. We are engaged in Engineering Construction, Leasing, Procurement of Oil tools, Chemicals and Equipment, labour recruitment services, contract to oil and gas industries, government agencies and private organizations.
We are presently situated at No. 5 Kola Amodu Crescent, Magodo LAGOS, NIGERIA with its operational base and training facilities at PORT-HARCOURT and affiliated offices in WARRI and EKET.

OUR STRATEGY
Teresols Oil & Gas is at the forefront of engineering construction, provision/maintenance of oil tools, equipment, chemicals and corrosion control. To achieve this we are developing strategic alliances and Foreign Technical Partnerships with some of the world’s leading technology companies. In addition, we are committed to keeping abreast of market developments ensuring that our customers benefit from those technological advances that are of strategic importance to their business.

Since 2003, the company has been involved in the importation of PMS and AGO with its affiliate company EOGAS Petroleum and Geosciences Ltd. into the Nigerian market. We also import large numbers of trucks to marketing department of oil marketing companies like Texaco, Agip and Conoco Oil.

With the advent of the civilian administration and new proposed cabotage law that came to effect May 2004, we feel we will be of advantage to go into partnership with a foreign technical partner to get into the deep offshore marine and oil industry. With this idea, we entered into partnership agreement with Loks Consultancy Services Limited, headed by Engr. Kofi Sagoe. Engr. Sagoe has over twenty-five years experience in the oil and gas industry and actually plays a big role in the formation of EHS Unit in the oil & gas industry. He worked all his life in Mobil. Also on Board of Directors of Teresols Limited is Chief Captain Bassey Etim. He also retired from Mobile as a mooring master and superintendent mooring operations. He is presently our Executive Director, Marine operations. He will oversee the interest of the company in the memorandum of understanding entered into with Walvis Nigeria Ltd. (See CV attached).

On our management team is Mr. Olakunle Kweku-Mensah Sagoe; He is a geologist with specialization in the area of geo-science. Mr. Olakunle Sagoe has worked with Chevron Nigeria Ltd. from 1969 to 1972 as a trainee geologist and got to the level of Head, Wellsite Geologist. He also worked with some foreign oil companies amongst which are WARREN Petroleum Tulsa, OK. USA as a Pipeline Engineer. He was at Mobile from 1975 – 1977 as a production Geologist and retired from Mobile as a Senior Production Geologist. He is presently the Chairman of EOGAS Petroleum & Geosciences Nigeria Ltd. (See CV attached).

Teresols, Nigeria Ltd. with the experiences of Mr. Tope Abere (Managing Director) in the business terrain of Nigeria, Mr. Kofe Sagoe, Mr. Olakunle Kweku-Mensah Sagoe, Chief Captain Patrick Bassey Etim in the oil industry & Mrs Remi Abere,had to forge ahead to source bids with oil companies in Nigeria in the area of offshore supply vessels, chemical supplies, cement and cement additives, valves, OCTG, and labour recruitment to mention but a few. To this day, we have been able to bid through Walvis International (CI) Limited, 4A Lees Road Ikoyi Lagos, to present a proposal, quote and drawing for the construction of a fast Supply Intervention Vessel (FSIV) for Exxonmobil OPL209 commencing drilling operation in September 2005.

To this effect, we have entered into a technical partnership /agreement with Walvis Nigeria Ltd. an affiliate of Seatruck International to serve as foreign technical partner on the then ERHA project for the FSIV vessel supply. We are of the opinion that Walvis Nigeria Ltd. will benefit from the relationship in so many ways but a few are mentioned herein under:

1. To have an indigenous company working together with Walvis Ltd. in Nigeria, thus fulfilling the new Federal Government of Nigeria Cabotage law coming into effect soon.

2. Walvis Nigeria Ltd. at the end of the contract of the proposed FSIV with Exxonmobile, can include our vessel in their fleet and with a good Memorandum of Understanding in place, this can generate money for both companies.

We are about to sign another working relationship with Shandong Shengyou Cementing Engineering & Technology Co. Ltd., China. www.sscc-cementing.com. SSCC has the capability in completing 3000 well cementing operations every year. With its scientific superiority, SSCC has a good command of cementing technology for offshore drilling.

Aside from the above, SSCC has other affiliate company like Shandong Serva Oil tools & services Company with specialization in the area development maintenance and sale of oil casing tools and accessories, fittings and relevant devices. Shangdong world oilfield Technology Co. Ltd specialized in oilfield chemicals and additives.

We are also involved in labour recruitment for the Oil and Gas companies and have highly experienced foreign technical partner in this regard that supports us in outsourcing of highly skilled professionals for the industry and also assist in the area of sound training plan to aid and assist technical transfer and local content fulfillment as stipulated by the Federal Government of Nigeria. Our Drug and Alcohol policy is quite enhanced and abided with by all staff. We feel and know that our position will be strengthened as an indigenous company if we have a foreign technical partnership arrangement and a good memorandum of understanding with Walvis Nigeria Ltd and our other partners in the area of Labour recruitment.

As such our Company has a comprehensive pool of professional staff consisting of Managers, registered and registerable Engineers, Accountants, Computer scientists, all of whom are computer literate, with specialized and experienced technicians and clerical, secretarial, safety, medical and general support.

OFFICE
Our fully operational Office and Headquarters is situated in Magodo Lagos with a branch office at 17B Musa Yaradua Crescent Victoria Island the central business district of Lagos, Nigeria. We are strategically situated located within a 5 mile radius of some of the world’s largest oil and gas multinationals like ExxonMobil, TotalfinaElf and 10 minutes drive of ChevronTexaco and Shell Petroleum Company. The location of our Victoria Island office is bound to be an added advantage in terms of contact, access to clients and a host of large financial institutions headquartered within Victoria Island.

CAPITAL BASE
We have a sound financial base to enable us fund and execute contracts.
The company retains long term and reliable financial support from its bankers, Guaranty Trust Bank Plc and Fidelity Bank, as a result of prudent financial management policies. Such facilities from our bankers include but not limited to overdraft, loan and project sponsorship.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT
We have technical affiliation with few companies in South Africa, India and Asia to mention a few in the area of Labour procurement services, offshore service vessels, Waste management services and procurement to mention but a few.

AREAS OF OPERATIONAL INTEREST
Presently the Nigerian oil and gas industry is amongst the largest in the world with an expenditure of about $8.5 billion in upstream activities and a production quota of about 2.5million barrels per day of crude oil, with recent hyper activity in the gas sector also. This undoubtedly leaves so much to be explored by us.
Having carried out a very careful study Teresols Oil & Gas has identified some key areas in the oil and gas industry which are bound to be very challenging but profitable. Some of these areas include;

a) MARINE SUPPORT SERVICES & LABOUR RECRUITMENT
This will include the sale, supply and lease of marine vessels such as; barges, tug boats, house/work boats and all kinds of vessels needed to service companies on and offshore.
We are also interested in the supply and lease of rigs for both shallow and very deep waters as activities are now shifting towards the deep oceans. Our knowledge in the area of Labour recruitment is supported by our highly skilled technical partners both in India and South Africa.

b) CORROSION CONTROL AND COATINGS
Presently Nigeria has a pipeline layout of about 7,500km with it getting to about 10,000km in the next in the next 3 years and a lot of platforms on and offshore that need to be serviced. As such these facilities require periodic defect spotting, corrosion control using cathodic protection and other methods as specified by client, coating and tests to determine improper coating (Holiday testing). Teresols Oil & Gas intends to break into this field providing world class services to our clients and making favorable returns and profit to our investors.

C) ENGINEERING/CIVIL CONSTRUCTION
Teresols Oil & Gas is also committed to the provision of construction services in terms of laying pipes, flow stations, construction of minor roads, schools, hospitals and housing facilities all tailor made for the oil and gas industry.

d) OILFIELD CHEMICALS
Teresols Oil & Gas is also interested in the provision of oilfield chemicals, as these chemicals form the basis of drilling production in the oil industry with so much to be cashed in with little or no risks involved.

Presently we can continue to list so much that can be achieved in the oil and gas industry but we have not forgotten about the state and level of technology obtainable in Nigeria today which is a major constraint, hence our desire to partner with reputable companies who have the best of technological know how, equipment and services so as to take great advantage of the vast opportunities presently in the industry.
